Radio Philadelphia has moved to WWDB-AM 860

The Radio Program of the UECC has moved. The hour-long weekly community-based radio program now airs on WWDB-AM 860 (The Multicultural Voice of the Delaware Valley) each Saturday morning from 9am to 10am. The Radio Hour features a literary corner, current news from Ukraine, Ukrainian classical and contemporary music, medical moments and a local community events calendar. Over 80 volunteers have helped in the past. The program has generated a responsive listening audience. Call to Listen 712.432.6621.

Paper Recycling

Plast is now collecting and recycling paper through the Abitibi-Consolidated Recycling Program. The Abitibi-Consolidated Recycling Bin is behind the UECC building in the parking lot. It is green and is clearly marked. All paper including catalogs, magazines, newspapers, junk mail, office paper, fax paper, notebooks, folders may be recycled. Please do not recycle phonebooks, catalogs, bathroom or kitchen paper. Recycle today and help save the earth.
