II. The Veterans Dozen Foundation for Rehabilitation of Wounded Ukrainian War Veterans - A Presentation By Major General (Ret) Volodymyr HavrylovThe Veterans Dozen Foundation or V10 is a non-profit organization in Ukraine that uses Sport and all of its direct and indirect benefits to rehabilitate War Veterans suffering from physical and psychological injuries. As Director of the Foundation, General Havrylov regularly brings program participants to appropriately challenging events such as the US Marine Corp Marathon run for wounded war veterans and the “Cateran Yomp” British military styled long distance march in Scotland. This year he will bring a group of wounded Ukrainian veterans to challenge a long-distance hiking along the Appalachian Trail. The Author of WAR.RU will be in this group. General Havrylov will offer a presentation on the program, its founding, mission, and ongoing projects and successes.
